Service learning is no longer a requirement for graduation for the Green Bay Public School District. There are, however, some programs that do have a service learning requirement such as National Honor Society and the GED II program. There are various awards that students can earn if they complete a specific number of service learning hours. Volunteering is a great way to get out and make a difference while gaining life experience and a college resume booster.
Students need to fill out a Verification of Volunteer Hours form and turn it into the Career Center in room 219. These forms are also available in Student Services.
