Important Dates
Silent Night will be on Saturday, January 27th. We are currently looking for students to participate in the Wing Eating Contest which will take place after the girls’ basketball game and before the boys’ game (about 1:30p). See Student Services with any questions.

Attention Seniors: The deadline to submit senior pictures and quotes has been extended to January 15th. Please email pictures and quotes to Ms. Jill at [email protected] by the 15th.

All gym lockers must be cleaned out by January 15th to prepare for the start of 2nd semester. Any items left in lockers will be held for one week, then will be donated if unclaimed. See Ms. Matz (Dickie) with any questions.

To help improve tardiness at the start of the day, Door 9 will be locked starting at 7:25 am each morning. Students arriving after that time will need to use Door 1. Breakfast will be available at the Attendance Office for students unable to make it to the cafeteria before 7:25 am.

Meal Times at West: Breakfast is served until 7:25 am. Please be sure to grab your breakfast in the Cafeteria and head to class by this time. Dinner is served from 3:00 to 3:15. After school, get in line right away and grab your dinner. When you are finished eating, please throw your trash away and head to your next destination without lingering in the building. Once you leave the building, you may not re-enter.

If you are interested in joining track this spring, please sign up for the Track Meeting on January 9th during Advisory.  Sign up now in Edficiency.

For any after school activities, students (and any community members also attending) will need to use Door 9 to enter the building. For sporting events, the expectation is that attendees stay in the designated game areas (gym, cafeteria, etc). Attendees may purchase and enjoy concessions in the cafeteria, but should not leave the building if they plan to continue watching the games/event. Once attendees leave the building they will not be allowed to re-enter. If attendees are in non-designated areas of the building for an event, they will be asked to leave. Students who are absent from school may not attend events that same day.
